The most valuable skills I have focused on developing over the last three years have been communication skills, delegation skills, and time management skills. Having worked on several successful team projects I have have come to understand how a group functions and what makes a group function most efficiently. Strong communication is the number one attribute of a successful team.
When I find myself in a team situation I strive to become a leader within that team. To be a leader you first need to understand how to be a team player. I have a keen understanding of how teamwork plays a major role in accomplishing goals and winning games. My background working in group projects and playing team sports have given me the leadership abilities and competitive drive to succeed in the today’s business world.
My vision is to become one of the most valuable assets for any business or organization that I work with. With my strong sense of business acumen and my educational experience in business management and business marketing, I truly believe that I can help a business meet and exceed all organizational objectives.
My toolbox of skills is diverse and I believe I can use them to develop and execute specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-framed business and marketing objectives.
